ASEAN Secretary vacancy

The ASEAN Secretariat is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Technical Officer, under the Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance Division, Cross-Sectoral Cooperation Directorate, ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community Department. The Division is managing ASEAN cooperation in disaster management and humanitarian assistance, including facilitating the implementation of the ASEAN Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response (AADMER) and the establishment of the ASEAN Co-ordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management (AHA Centre). The Division is working closely with relevant ASEAN bodies, in particular the ASEAN Committee on Disaster Management (ACDM) comprising heads of national disaster management organisations in ASEAN Member States. This position is open to Indonesian citizens or ASEAN nationals with permanent resident status in Indonesia.
