General Requirements

S1 Graduate with major in Business/Management , Finance, Engineering and Information Technology
Minimum GPA of 3.0 (B) in the scale of 4
Fluent in English, verbal and written

J&J Management Trainee Program is an 18-months on-the-job program that consists of assignments in at least two different functions in the company which may include Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Information Management. You will have the privilege of being mentored by senior J&J leaders and the opportunity to contribute in achieving business goals.Candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit your application (cover letter, curriculum vitae, photos, and academic transcript) to Secretariat Career Development Centre UI, Campus UI Depok on or before Thursday, April 30, 2009.
