Description:
The Aceh Peace Resource Center, a think tank institution of the Badan Reintegrasi-Damai Aceh (BRA), requires 3 people who are interested in promoting the peace process in Aceh for the position of:
Project Assistant
Based in Banda Aceh

The requirements are as follows:
Coordinate administration and logistics for the CoSPA, Forbes and/or Forsikom meetings
Prepare finance requests and expenses for CoSPA, Forbes and/or Forsikom activities
Assist in implementing recommendations from these meetings
Assist in drafting press releases from these meetings
Prepare invitation letters and follow up with participants to ensure participation
Willing to travel outside Banda Aceh

The qualifications are as follows:
Familiar with the Aceh peace process
University degree in social sciences
Minimal 3 years experience supporting community development, emergency or conflict resolution programs
Experience working for an NGO preferred
Experience organizing events required
Communication skills in English and Indonesian
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
