Indonesian Red Cross National Headquarters is looking forqualified candidate who have strong interest in humanitarian activitiesfor the following position:

WATERSANITATION(Jakarta Based)

Responsibilities: Planning and Management of the Water Sanitation Sub Division function.
Facilitating, conducting and controlling the programincluding implementation of Water Sanitation Sub Division program
Cooperate with Head Division and other NGO tofulfill all Water Sanitation program and office procedure not limited toother resources and partner.
Assessment evaluation and development to increase capability skill and work attitude to all members of WaterSanitation team

GeneralRequirements:
Hold Bachelor Degree in any fields Male/Female,
age between 30– 40 years old
Computer literate (min Microsoft office)
English proficient (oral & written)
Able to work under pressure
Able to work as team and independently,
highlyself motivated and well organized
High Responsibility, discipline, and initiative.

SpecificRequirements:
Excellent persuasive communication skill
Preferably has experience minimum 3 (three) year in Water Sanitation and related working experience with Red Cross or NGO is an advantage
bility to develop concept paper, proposal and control the activity implementation which under his/her responsibility
Able to travel outside Jakarta and relocated temporary possibility
